There are many pressure points you can use to release emotion. When you are feeling stress, there are a few points you can focus your energy on releasing. Here is one we can focus on today.


Place both hands on Gallbladder 21 (GB 21) and gradually apple firm pressure. Take slow, deep breaths and hold for one minute. Release. Relax your body.
